This Weeks Features
This week's most viewed link at our party was actually a tie. This recipe of Homemade Gyro Meat comes from Food Network Chef Alton Brown and can be made on the grill or on a rotisserie and is perfect when paired up with Tzatziki Sauce. Which ever cooking method you choose the Greek flavors really come out.
This week's most viewed link tie was a Cranberry Cherry Chicken Wrap. This wrap comes together in a snap thanks to convenience grocery items. This wrap has a nice crunch and is perfect for a quick and healthy lunch or even a light dinner. Thanks to Menu Musings of a Modern American Mom blog for bringing over Cranberry Cherry Chicken Wraps and linking up with us
Our favorite link this week is a Roasted Red Pepper Chipotle Hummus. What started off as a fun experiment in flavors turned out to be a dip that had a depth of flavor from the smoky chipotle peppers and the roasted red peppers which lightened it up. This is simple to make when using a handi chopper or food processor and to top it off it is budget friendly.
We thank Sumptuous Spoonfuls blog for linking up and sharing your recipe. I can not wait to give this a try.
